Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery, subject to product availability and applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition, including the original shoe box and accessories.

  • Customers must contact Stockx EG before sending any product back.

  • Each order is eligible for one size exchange, subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs where legally permitted.

  • Any price difference between the original product and the replacement product must be settled before the exchange is completed.

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are subject to the same applicable statutory consumer rights.

Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If a product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or does not match the agreed specifications, customers must contact Stockx EG and provide details and supporting photos or videos.

  • Eligible cases will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

  • Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund.

  • No policy in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by law.

Refund Policy

Stockx EG does not offer voluntary refunds for ordinary size or preference changes under its commercial exchange policy. However, this policy does not limit any refund rights that customers may have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.  

Online Payment – Refusal at Delivery

  • For orders paid online using Visa, Mastercard, or any other online payment method, customers may refuse to accept the order upon delivery while the shipment is still with the delivery representative.

  • If the customer refuses the order for any reason, the order will be returned to Stockx EG, and the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, in accordance with the payment provider’s procedures and applicable law.

  • Customers are advised to inform the delivery representative that they are refusing the shipment before completing the delivery
