Return & Exchange Process

Collection Time
Once your request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange to collect the item from your address within 1-3 business days .

Processing Period
Returns and exchanges usually take 1-3 business days from the collection date for customers in Cairo, Giza, and other governorates. This period includes the inspection and quality-check process.

Product Condition
All returned items must be in their original condition. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount. These charges are non-refundable.

REFUND METHODS & TIMELINES

The refund procedure depends on how your original order was paid.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For orders paid in cash upon delivery, refunds will be provided as STOCKX EG store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.

2. Installment & Online Payment Services

For payments made through ValU, Souhoola, Premium, Contact, Halan, Seven, Aman, or Tru, the refund will be initiated within 48 business hours after approval. The amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

3. Bank Cards & Bank Transfers

For orders paid using a debit card, credit card, or bank transfer, the refund will be submitted within 48 business hours of approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account is generally 3–14 business days, depending on your bank.
